All this trash and yard clippings have to go into a trailer.
A friend of ours has a property management business. She pulls a trailer every day to houses all over the Northwest. Often she has a crew that helps her remove trash from homes where the residents have left everything. Often she has an even bigger crew that knocks down the blackberries from neglected properties and cuts the grass that has grown to over four feet.
Some residence leave a lot of personals that have to be hauled out.
A lot of time she goes alone to these properties to access what needs to be done. One cold morning she was leaving a vacant property and stepped out onto the wooden steps, slipped and feel backwards.
“I never went unconscious,” she said. “But it’s that feeling where the pain is so bad you break out in a cold sweat and start into shock.”
For DiAnne this was a wakeup call. Wood is slick.
“I don’t want my crews on slick wooden trailer beds,” she decided.
Her company is in the process of adding aluminum trailers to their fleet so they can haul without the concern of wood that gets as slick as ice.
This trailer is one that DiAnne is considering.
Beautiful aluminum trailer – Welds are flawless and comes with radial tires, aluminum wheels, full LED lighting, swing-up jack w/caster wheel & removable rear gate. Trailer is excellent!
